No claims will be entertained for price reduced or marked down products.

Kraft reserves the right not to accept any fraudulent claim and make a final decision on any claim settlement.

General Terms & Policies

Products exchange is not applicable, without receipt.

Goods may be exchanged only 1 time within 5 working days from the receipt date.

There will be no cash refund in any terms.

100-days warranty valid with all Kraft sealed products.

Warranty not valid for bags, belts, socks, apparel, imported footwear & international footwear brands.

Ordering

The service is only available for articles/items (products) which are shown in stock on our website.

Customers have to pay the bill amount in advance through Credit Card/Mobile payment options for any order from all over Bangladesh.

Only one item can be booked in one order.

The order cannot be cancelled once payment has been made.

Shipping

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time

Please note our shipping policy as follows:

We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within maximum 7 working days of the order

We ship on regular week days (Saturday to Wednesday), excluding public holidays

Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.

To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.

While we endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability.

Exchange

We are committed to ensure your satisfaction with any products you have ordered from Kraft.

In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange any products bought from Kraft E-Commerce site within 4 days from the original date of physical invoice receipt, provided that the product(s) being returned for exchange is unused, clean, and in their original state and packaging from our store by your physical visit. An exchange cannot be done with a product which has a price lower than that of the original product purchased.

Please keep your invoice safe and intact as it is essential to give the same to the store while getting your product exchanged.

Refund

Currently, NO REFUND will be issued for cash, card or any mobile platform payments.

Online Purchased Return

 

The customer who purchased products from our kraft.com.bd or any of our Kraft's e-commerce channels can change the product due to size, color, or faulted dispute in the goods. If due to color or size exchange, the customer has to pay transportation (return & reshipping) costs for the shipping. If a product faulted dispute is found, the kraft authority shall bear the shipping cost for both ways (recovery & reshipping). Also, customers can go to Kraft retail store for product exchange claims. The store manager will settle the claim according to the standard claim policy.

 

Shop Return

The customer who purchased Kraft products from our e-commerce channel can go to Kraft retail store for the product claim. The store manager will settle the claims, according to the regular claim policy.

Warranty

100% replacement is provided for products bought from Kraft Stores in case of any major manufacturing defects in case the concerned product is brought to our store within 5 days from the date of the receipt of payments. In case of a minor defect, customers will get a repair service until 100 days from the invoice date.
